Okay well obviously I suck at keeping up with two LJ accounts. So um, I'm just gonna stop using this one. And since I'm not hiding my BSB love from anyone anymore, I guess I don't need this one after all.. I'm not going to delete it, but I'm not posting anymore.. In Need Of Distraction

I have a lot going on right now where I'm emotionally drained, stressed, and worried. I could use some good distractions. :)

there are a few things i'd like recommendations on.

1. music - a band, musician, or just a song.

2. movie - Old. New. Blockbuster. Independent. Don't care, just suggest something you think I'd like.

3. a livejournal community. (I'm on many but you know there might be one out there I haven't found).

4. a book - I have a short attention span. And most books I've read are horror (vampire), teen angst. Journal format seems to be my favorite. But suggest anything.

Vacations, Night Of Joy, Music, TV, WHOO A HOO!

This weekend I booked my trip to California! YAY! I was starting to think it wasn't going to happen, since money is so tight. I'm not going with who I originally planned it for, instead I'm going with family and a family friend. It's just the girls going and it should be a lot of fun. Disneyland for four days three nights. And most of it is free, God, it's good to be a Disney Cast member (Three of the four of us work for Disney). I'm so excited, I'm giddy, really. And it's like seven months away! lol.

I also am looking forward to September, Brian Littrell is playing at Night Of Joy. So Angie and I are going. We haven't been to Night Of Joy in years. Since our favorite christian rock band Jars Of Clay hasn't been playing NOJ. We always have fun there so I'm looking forward to it, even if I'm not fond of Brian's solo album. It's too well, christian lol. I like subtle christian music lol. Knowing us, we'll see Brian sing and the rest of the time we'll be on the rides. It's so nice going to special events at Magic Kingdom, it's usually the only time you can just walk on the ride.

Other than those two things, I'm still looking forward to BRMC in concert twice in June. WOOT!

The Spring Break rush is slowing down at work. Not completely, but it's not as bad as the beginning of Spring Break.. Now our local schools are starting Spring Break while the rest of the country is going back to school. We are so weird here in Florida lol. I'm working some shifts that will have me working with my old crew so work should be more fun again. Least I hope. Last Thursday I was with the old crew and the day flew by, we were all just goofing off while working lol.

Watched Rocky Balboa this weekend. Thought it was pretty good. Dragged at times. It wasn't as good as the first four movies. But way better than five. The end was really the best part of the movie.. I have Blood Diamond but now it's me trying to find the time to watch it..

Dancing With The Stars is on tonight! YAY! And then Black Donnelly's. Woo hoo.

came across a band called The Cinematics, I like them a lot.. :) OH! And Maroon 5 is BACK!! *does happy dance*. I love the new song. I saw them perform on the Kids Choice Awards, thank goodness someone told me so I could watch. Adam is still hot! lol.. Their opening for The Police in Miami this month or next I can't remember. But either way, I don't get to go and I'm bummed about it. I'm like a MEGA HUGE fan of Sting/The Police and have never seen them live, due to well, their tickets are always ridiculously expensive. And now having another band I love, Maroon 5 opening, it kills me to not have tickets to that show. *hangs head*.

I love netflix, I go through movies like you wouldn't believe.. Last night I watched The Holiday, Not what I expected. I was really hoping for a funnier movie. But it wasn't a bad movie, it was cute and sweet, a little drama, it was good. Just not what I was expecting.. I can't stand Cameron. She just annoys me. But I love Kate Winslet. And Jude Law is a hottie, even if he's an asshole lol.. And I love Jack Black, he can be off the wall crazy or just smooth funny. He's adorable.

Today I watched Half Nelson with Ryan Gosling, I <3 Him! The movie was very heavy, and gritty. I love that Ryan will always be the indie film guy. He's not looking for blockbuster bucks. Sure he's done one or two. But mainly because of what the character was not because of what the money he would get. I love that about him. He's an artist. Anywho, the movie was intense. Very good. Ryan blows my mind more and more each film I see.

I'm so excited that Joseph Gordon-Levitt's new movie The Lookout is actually going to hit the theaters. I haven't actually seen one of his movies on the big screen. He's always doing these small indie films that only hit places like New York. The Lookout sounds so interesting and well Joey is hot, not to mention scrumptious Matthew Goode, lol. I'm hoping to get someone to go with me this weekend.

Backstreet Partay!!!

I'm all packed and ready to go. Tomorrow morning, very early (five am) I'm heading up to Georgia to hang out with my best friend Angie.. We have already planned to make most the day all about BSB. We haven't had a Backstreet Party in over two years. We always had fun during them, and with the excitement of a new album and tour coming, we had to get together.. So this weekend it's watching, listening, gushing, laughing, everything Backstreet. It shall be a blast.

Backstreet's New Moves

Last night, Cyn (cynkaba)and I stayed up extremely late (me three am her midnight) watching a full concert by the Backstreet Boys. It was their Never Gone Tour in Korea.. Both of us, or at least I know for myself, I haven't seen their Never Gone tour.. As we're watching it together (have anyone else ever done this? Watch something with a friend online? Angie (gapeachgirl27)and I use to do it all the time) we kept laughing at how lame the dance moves are today. They use to be awesome dancers, fun and entertaining. The last tour well, it was like wannabe Temptations, it just looked lame. lol. What do you guys think? You miss the old Backstreet Dance routines? Or you cool with the hand motions and freeze frame stances?

My first entry, how exciting lol.. don't have much to say at this moment, but can't wait to jump in and meet some bsb fans here on LJ. I'm still not sure if I'm going to have this friend locked or not. We'll see.
